Applications are invited by the management of the School of Health Information Management of the University College Hospital, Ibadan from suitably qualified candidates for admission into a Two-Year Programme which will lead to the awarding of a Two-Year Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme in Health Information Management.

Conditions for Admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme
Candidates who are seeking admission into the School of Health Information Management of the University College Hospital, Ibadan for the Higher National Diploma will be selected on the following basis:
- Good academic qualification
- Good performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT)
- An oral interview, and
- Presentation of important certificates
Except with ND Practicing license or three(3) years of working experience, merit and pass in National Diploma (ND) should not apply.

Note: Candidates applying for admission should take the following into consideration:
- During the course of the training, pregnancy is not allowed.
- Immediately after admission is given, selected candidates will be required to undergo and pass a medical examination.
The course is non-residential and it will commence in October 2020 as announced by the school management.
Method of Application
Candidates applying for admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme are expected to pay a fee of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N7,500.00) for application and screening fees. The required payment is to be made into the TSA Account (TSA/UCH/SHIM/ADMISSION FORM) in any commercial bank.
Once payment has been made, applicants are required to visit the Cash Office of the Finance & Accounts Department, University College Hospital, Ibadan, and convert their bank teller into a cash receipt. Thereafter, applicants are to forward the photocopy of their receipt of payment and the photocopy of the bank teller to the Administrative Office of the School.
All applicants are required to have an active and functional email address. Applicants are required to visit the School Administrative Office to collect their access code and apply online. To apply, candidates are to log on to www.portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng.
The screening exercise will be communicated to the candidates for the Higher National Diploma (HND) entrance examination. Applicants who emerge successfully will be invited for an oral interview at a later date via the School’s website and text messages.
