This is to inform the general public and all students of Yobe State University, in short, โYSU,โ that the management has released the Academic Calendar for the 2023/2024 Session.

YSU Updated Second Semester Academic Calendar 2023/2024
- 26th June 2024: ETTC meeting & approval of timetable(1day)
- The second semester begins on 24th June 2024 and will end on the 31st of August 2024 (10weeks)
- 2nd of September 2024 โ 28th September 2024: Second-semester examination (4 weeks)
- 30th of September, 2024 โ 19thth October, 2024: Marking period(3weeks)
- 21st October 2022 โ 23rd November 2024 External examination/Moderation and consideration of results at department GST, faculty, and senate Level (3 weeks)
- The resumption date for the 2024/2025 academic session will soon be out.
YSU Post Graduate Academic Calendar for 2023/2024 Session
The management of Yobe State University has released the proposed Postgraduate Academic calendar for the 2023/2024 session. First-semester Lectures are scheduled to start on Monday, June 24th, and end on September 27th, 2024. The attached photo provides full details of the calendar.
