This is to inform the general public about the Wesley University of Science & Technology Revised Academic Calendar for the Continuation of the 2023/2024 Academic Session. Details about the academic calendar are given below.
Wesley University Academic Calendar for 20223/2024 Session
Wesley University management has released the newly adjusted and approved academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic session. All students of the institution mentioned earlier are to ensure they take note of the new academic calendar given below.
Wesley University Academic Semester Calendar
JULY
| 07/10 – 07/27 | Monday – Thursday | Planning period for BA students only including newly admitted students and those returning from study abroad or a leave who were not eligible to participate in April Pre-Reg. Students create plans for consideration in scheduling. |
| 07/19 | Wednesday | Revisions to Fall 2023 curriculum are due to the Registrar’s Office. |
| 07/31 | Monday | GLS Fall 2023 registration opens (non-HR benefit recipients) |
| 07/31 – 08/03 | Monday – Thursday | Adjustment period for graduate and BA students who were eligible for summer planning. Students can create or make adjustments to their class schedules in real time. |

| 09/25 | Monday | Departments are notified to export and review their Spring 2024 curriculum. |
| 09/29 | Friday | For courses in which students have a choice of grading mode, the final choice must be made by 5 p.m. |
OCTOBER
| 10/06 | Friday | Departments/programs/colleges must confirm honors candidates in the honors management system by October 6, 4 p.m. |
| 10/06 | Friday | Seniors in their final semester must submit their major certification form by October 6. |
| 10/13 | Friday | Last day to withdraw from 1st quarter classes |
| 10/20 | Friday | 1st quarter classes end |
| 10/20 | Friday | Revisions to Spring 2024 curriculum are due to the Registrar’s Office. |
