Admission requirements
in order to take part in the Conversion Programme, candidates are expected to satisfy the basic admission requirements of the University and this includes the following:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) Credit passes in English language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) Sittings in their SSCE/NECO or its equivalent
- Candidates must be holders of Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant discipline or
- Must be holders of relevant professional certificates that are recognized as an HND equivalent.
- Candidates are also expected to have NYSC Discharge Certificate or NYSC Exemption Certificate.
How to apply
Candidates who satisfy the above admission requirements can now proceed to apply for the Conversion programme

- Candidates are to visit the University portal at unimed.edu.ng and click on Admission
- Select Programme of Choice.
- Now click on PAYMENT to make an online payment using VISA or MASTER Card, NOTE that VERVE Card is not allowed.
- Print out your Payment receipt after payment.
- Click on the APPLICATION FORM with your Payment Transaction ID generated from to complete the form.
