How to Apply for UNIMAID Post UTME Screening Form

Candidates are expected to visit the University of Maiduguri

Website: https://portal.unimaid.edu.ng/putme and then register for the online screening exercise. Candidates are expected to make a payment of the sum of two thousand naira (2,000) only for the registration including bank charges.

(Note that this screening exercise is only open to candidates who chose the University of Maiduguri during their UTME registration, candidates that who have changed institution to UNIMAID and cannot log in and are expected to send an email with there compliant to admissions@unimaid.edu.ng.

  • First of all, make use of the JAMB registration number as your username and password to log in. (if you cannot, login kindly refer to the above message).
  • If successful you would be required to make provision for a valid emails address. Kindly provide one and then click submit.
  • Provide a confirmation link and it would be sent to your email click confirm and email button and you will be redirected back to the login page.
  • log in using your Jamb number as your username and password, you would be required to make the change your password.
  • After making the changes to the password, you would be required to make the payment page.
  • After changing the payment, log in with your username (email address/Jamb number) and password.
  • Continue with your registration
  • First you would be redirected to the course selection page where you are required to provide the following
  • UTME first choice (NOTE: you can only choose a course with the requirements below or equal to your JAMB score and not above.

  • Next, you would be redirected to a biodata form. Make sure all the required fields are filled, your UTME registration passport photograph will be there, save and click next.
  • You will be required to provide your O level results, a maximum of two sittings is allowed.
  • If you are waiting for the results, click on the Awaiting Results button, then whenever the result is out, you can come back and then update it.
  • On the next step, you would be required to make provision for details of previous institutions attended with qualifications obtained. DE students are expected to ensure to provide the grades obtained from any post-secondary school attended.
  • Next, you will be redirected to the documents upload page where you are to upload scanned copies of your certificates and results.
  • Click on submit when completed and confirm submission.
  • Upon the successful completion, the message “Application submitted successfully it would not be altered. Thanks”, will be displayed.
