The management of the University of Benin (UNIBEN)) has released a Notice to Graduates on Collection of Certificates. All graduates of the above-named institution affected are to take note of the details of the notice released below.

UNIBEN Notice to Graduates on Collection of Certificates

The Management of the University of Benin has graciously granted an extension of one (1) month within which graduates of the University may collect their certificates without penalty.

This extension has become necessary due to the industrial action embarked upon by members of the Joint Action Committee (JAC). Consequently, the grace period for the collection of certificates Is hereby extended from Monday, 1st March, 2021, to Wednesday 31st March, 2021, (both dates inclusive)

Please note that at the expiration of this grace period, the following charges shall be levied for uncollected certificates.

1. 0-1 year of graduation                                      Free
2. 1-5 years of graduation                                     N5,000
3. 6-10 years of graduation                                   N8,000
4. 11-15 years of graduation                                 N12,000
5. 16-20 years of graduation                                 N15,000
6. 21-30 years of graduation                                 N20,000
7. 31 years of graduation and above                      N25,000
