The management of the University of Benin (UNIBEN) has announced the availability of its Direct Entry Admission Screening Form in the upcoming 2021/2022 Academic Session. Interested candidates are to take note of the details about the form below.
About the UNIBEN 2021/2022 Direct Entry Admission Screening Form
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post UTME (PUTME) and Post DIRECT ENTRY (PUDE) Admission Screening Exercise for 2021/2022 Academic Sessionย is scheduled to hold betweenย Monday 6th December 2021 and Monday 13th December 2021ย in designated centres within the Ugbowo Campus of the University.
The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.ย
Eligibility
Candidates are expected to fulfil the following criteria:
- Only candidates who applied through JAMB for the 2021/2022 UTME and DIRECT ENTRY Admission and chose University of Benin as First Choice and scored 200 and above (forย UTME Candidates) are eligible for this Screeningย Exercise.
- Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before commencing the applicationย process.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
All applications should be made between 8.00 amย Friday 15th Octoberย 2021 and Midnight of Monday 12th November 2021.
The procedure for the 2021/2022 Admission Screening (Post UTME and Post Direct Entry) Application is as follows:
Visit www.uniben.edu
- Click onย WAEUP Studentย Portal
- Click onย Register for Applicationย at the top left of the displayed page toย proceed.
- Enter yourย Surname exactly as written on the JAMB Registration Slip, and your JAMB Registration number. Immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on theย browser
- On the WAEUP KOFA Student Portal, click onย โloginโย (top right of frontย page).
- Enter your Username and Password toย login.
- To start the application process, please click on the โApplication Recordโ, and provide all required information.
- To pay for the Application, click onย โAdd Online Payment Ticketโย at the bottom of the page. Thereafter, click on โPay via Remitaโ on the top left corner of the page. Follow the instructions to pay for the applicationย Grossย fee ofย Two Thousand Nairaย (N2, 000.00) only, using a valid ATM-Enabled Card from any Commercial Bank inย Nigeria.
- Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application onlineย (No correction will be accepted after the closingย date).
- Go back online on the appointed date to print out the acknowledgement slip that contains your specific screeningย schedule.

MOBILE PHONES AND CALCULATORS ARE NOTย ALLOWED
Candidates are to come to the Screening Centre with the following:
- NCDC prescribed Surgical Face Masks and Small-Sized Handย Sanitizers
- Acknowledgementย slip
- Screening Invitation Slip that contains the screeningย schedule
Application Closing Date:
Application website closes by Midnight ofย Monday 12thย November, 2021ย (i.e. all applications must be concluded online not later thanย Monday 12thย November, 2021). Candidates, who pay after the deadline ofย Midnight 12thย November, 2021ย will not be screened.
