About the TotalEnergies Uganda Undergraduate Internship 2023
TotalEnergies EP Uganda is offering internship opportunities to university students currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of study who would require a work placement as part of their study program.
Duration of internship: Minimum 10 weeks from May 2023.
Selection Criteria
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program from recognized National Universities.
- Must provide Introduction letter from University and copy of student I.D.
- Current academic scores must reflect a potential minimum of an upper second degree.
- Must provide a partial transcript / copy of academic scores to-date.
- Must be available full time for the duration of the internship period.
- Excellent verbal & numeracy skills and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude • Must write and submit an internship application letter
Internships Available & Their Respective Requirements
The Internship opportunities are available in the following areas;
Geosciences interns; (2 positions) Req 72197BR
Provide support to the Geosciences department in areas such as Geology & Geophysics and Geoinformation.
Qualifications: Bachelors in Geological / Geophysical related fields (1) Bachelors in Geoinformation or related field (1) Bachelor’s in civil engineering or any related field.
Business Development: Joint Ventures intern (1 position) Req:72181BR
Provide support to the Joint Ventures entity within the Business Development department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration or any other related field.
Social Performance intern: (1 position) Req: 72182BR
Provide support to the Social Performance department.
Qualification: Bachelor’s in social related fields: Social Studies, Development studies, Communication, Project Management, or any other related field.
Business Development: Planning and Development intern; (1 position) Req:72183BR
Provide support to the Planning and Development entity within the Business Development department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in engineering, Petroleum and Production, Industrial Chemistry, Process and Chemical Engineering or any other related field.
National Content intern: (1 position)Req:72184BR
Provide support to the National Content department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in engineering, Procurement, Statistics, Law or any other related field.
Business Development: Corporate Affairs intern (1 position) Req:72186BR
Provide support to the Corporate Affairs entity within the Business Development department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mass communication, Marketing, Advertising and Business Administration or any other related field.
Biodiversity intern: (1 position) Req: 72188BR
Provide support to the Biodiversity department
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Natural Resources Management, Forestry, Mammalogy, Herpetology, Primatology, Botany, or any other related field.
Legal Intern: (1 position) Req: 72191BR
Provide support to the Legal department
Qualification: Bachelor of Laws, currently pursuing the Uganda Law Development Center qualification Note: Only University Students are eligible
