Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the Osun State School of Nursing and Midwifery Admission Form for the 2020/2021 Academic Session, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria of the Nursing program they intend to apply for. These eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Basic General Nursing
- Candidates who are interested in this Nursing Program are required to pass certain subjects at a minimum of credit level in either WAEC or NECO. These subjects are: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Note that candidates with awaiting results should not apply
- Post-Basic General Nursing
- Interested Candidates must possess five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or GCE at not more than two sittings. These required subjects should include a combination of the following: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Candidate must be a valid license holder as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with a valid License.
- Candidate must possess at least one-year post-registration working experience after the one year Mandatory Community Service (for Midwives only).
- School Of Midwifery:
- Candidates who are interested must possess five (5) credits in WAEC, NECO, or GCE at not more than two (2) sittings. The subject combination must include the following: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Interested candidates must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria and should have a valid license.

Interested and qualified candidates seeking admission into the Osun State School of Nursing and Midwifery 2020/2021 academic session are to obtain the Admission form by applying via the official online portal via this link. Applicants are required to upload the following documents appropriately:
