Latest Update: Notice to HND II Students on NYSC Mobilization 2019/2020

This is to inform all HND II students of the above-named institution that records of each of them are being prepared for the upcoming 2019/2020 NYSC mobilization exercise.

With this in place, all prospective corps members (PCMs) are to submit their JAMB regularization printout (Congratulatory page), Birth certificate/Age declaration, ND result, and one recent passport at the Directorate of Students Affairs form Monday 30th November to 18th December 2020 on faculty basis as indicated below;

  1. Monday 30th November to Wednesday 1st December 2020 – Faculty of science.
  2. Thursday 2nd December to Monday 7th December 2020 – Faculty of information and communication technology.
  3. Tuesday 8th to Thursday 10th December 2020 – Faculty of Financial studies.
  4. Friday 11th to Tuesday 15th December 2020 – Faculty of Management studies.
  5. Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th December 2020 – Faculty of engineering.

Lastly, concerned students are to report to the Directorate in person because an admission of the document by proxy is not entertained. Candidates are therefore requested to treat this matter with utmost priority in their own interest

Notice to Students on Submission of Dossier Files

Students of the Faculty of information are to be informed that the management of OSUN State polytechnic Iree has stated that all the students that are in the faculty are to submit the Dossier files for the academic session of 2019 to the Faculty officer’s office.

The Submission is scheduled as stated below:

  1. Monday- Mass Communication Department
  2. Tuesday- Computer Science Department
  3. Wednesday- All Departments

The institution management stated that the exercise has been scheduled to commence on Monday 23rd November 2020.

Notice to ND II DPT Students on Vacation of School Premises Immediately After Exams

The Osun State Polytechnic in short “OSPOLY” Notice to ND II DPT Students on Vacation of School Premises Immediately After Exams has been announced. Interested individuals can get more details below.

In strict compliance with COVID-19 pandemic regulations, Osun State Polytechnic Iree management is informing all ND II Daily Part-time Students to vacate the premises of the school immediately after the completion of their examination commencing on Saturday, 14th November 2020.

Students are required to abide by this directive.

OSPOLY Notice to ND II DPT Students on EED 216 Practical Training Class

ND II DPT Students that have registered for EED 26 are to be informed that their practical training classes have been scheduled to take place as stated below, in the directorate of the entrepreneurship Education Complex.

Candidates are expected to note that any of the students that fail to register just as stated above would not be allowed into any of the training practical classes. Candidates are expected to note that the signing of the attendance sheet on the day of the practice is of the utmost importance as proof of the practical training class.

Students that choose solar panel construction would be carry out their practical training starting from Tuesday 17th November 2020 irrespective of the faculty that they are from.

In addition to the submission of EED practical training Logbook duly completed in line with the procedures laid down and that must be followed strictly.
