The verification of students that registered for the semester examinations has been scheduled by the management of the National Open University of Nigeria to commence electronically on Tuesday 1st December 2020 in line with the programme of activities for the 2020_2 semester at the Special Study Centre for Nigeria Police Force, Dei-Dei.

According to the information released, on Thursday 31st December 2020, the verification which would be conducted electronically will come to an end. Prior to the admission of students into the examination hall, a copy of the verified e-clearance form is required during the screening. Due to this, students who are registered for the examinations have been mandated to:

  • Download the attached e-clearance form and print it.
  • Section A of the form should be completed and a recent coloured passport photograph should be affixed to it.
  • The completed form should be scanned and uploaded alongside the 2020 2nd semester examination registration slip. It should thereafter be sent electronically for varication to nounpolicecentre@noun.edu.ng.

It should be noted that there will be a return of the verified form to the email address from which it was forwarded. As a result, students are to use only valid and functional email addresses.

The only students who will be allowed to take part in the examinations are those whose e-clearance forms are verified at the Study Centre.

Students are advised to treat the exercise with utmost priority since there will be no extension of the exercise. If the student fails to keep the stipulated period, it may lead to the student’s inability to sit for the examinations.
