Latest Update: Nigerian Law School Notice on the Postponement of Resumption Date

Recall our earlier decision to reopen the Nigerian Law School and resume academic activities on the 4th and 11th January 2021 for Bar Part II and Bar Part I respectively.

In the last few days, there is the resurgence of the second wave of Covid-19 which necessitated the directive of the Federal Government to suspend the resumption of all schools as well as academic activities.

Consequently, the earlier resumption date announced by the Nigerian Law School is hereby deferred till further notice.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause our students, parents, and guardians.

Nigerian Law School Update on the Date for Resumption of 2020/2021 BAR PART 2 (RE-SIT & REGULAR) & BAR PART 1 Programmes – 15/11/2020

The Nigerian Law School Date for Resumption of 2020/2021 BAR PART 2 (RE-SIT & REGULAR) & BAR PART 1 Programmes has been announced, and interested candidates can get more details about the resumption below.

All prospective students of the Nigerian law school headquarters (BWARI-ABUJA that the institution management has issued a “Notice of Resumption of Bar Part 2 (Re-Sit) Programme, Bar Part 2 (Regular) 2020/2021 Set and Bar Part 1 2021 Set”.

Nigerian Law School Date for Resumption

The general public is hereby notified of the date of resumption for academic activities at the Nigerian LAW School as stated below.

1. Programme: Bar Part 2 (Re-Sit) Programme

Campus: Abuja

Date: Monday, 23 November 2020.

2. Programme: Bar Part 2 (Regular) 2020/2021

Campus: All Campuses (Abuja, Lagos, Kano, Enugu, Yola & Yenagoa).

Date: Monday, 4th January 2021.

3. Programme: Bar Part 1 2021

Campus: Abuja

Date: Monday, 11th January 2021.

NOTE:

  1. Students of the institution are expected to put in a Face mask in other to be allowed into the Campus
  2. Students are expected to come with:
  • Face-masks
  • 2 Bottles of 500ml hand washing liquid and must be submitted to the student’s Affairs Officers at the Security post.
  1. Students are expected to always put on Face-mask while on campus.

All prospective and current students are hereby informed that efforts are made by the Nigerian Law School in top gear to reopen all our campuses for the continuation of academic activities.

The Nigerian Law School Resumption Date Notice to Students

The circular released stated that the management is in the process of obtaining the necessary clearance from the Presidential Task Force on COVID 19 and the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

The notice was given to draw the attention of all returning and new students of the Nigerian Law School i.e:

  • Resit students who were supposed to have written their exams in April 2020.
  • Regular (Current) Bar Part II students, and
  • New Bar Part I students.

An official notification from the management on the exact dates of re-opening as well as the modified calendar for the programmes will be sent out to all students once the institution has been cleared and certified by the NCDC and the Presidential Task Force on COVID 19 to re-open.
