The Nigeria Police Academy 8th Regular Course Interview List 2020/2021 is out, and all the candidates whose names happen to be in this publication were selected successfully after the selection exam of the 8th Regular Course of the Degree programme of the Nigerian Police academy Wudil, Kano held on 17th September 2020. They are offered an invitation to partake in an interview before just before the selection board.

The names of candidates that appear in this publication were successful in the selection examination of the seventh Regular Course of the Degree Programme of the Nigeria Police Academy Wudil, Kano took place on the 17th September 2020.

Nigeria Police Academy Selection Interview Schedule, List, Requirements & Important Info

All the successful candidates earlier invited for interview and screening for the 8th Regular Course Selection Board are to be informed that a new date has been slated for the conduct of the exercise. They are expected to appear for the screening and interview before the selection Board in three batches as scheduled below.

BATCH ONE: Saturday, 9th January to Friday, 15th January 2021

NB:

  • Parents or Guardians would not be allowed to enter the academy while the exercise is going on.
  • Candidates that do not report a day after the date for reporting for their respective batch would not be allowed to take part in the interview.
  • Interested candidates would first undergo the screening exercises which would involve Credentials screening, medical tests and physical features among others.
  • Candidates are expected to bring their Originals and Photocopies (15 Copies each) of the documents stated below.
  1. Academic certificates/statements of result and testimonials for primary and secondary schools (Junior and Senior).
  2. Birth Certificate (preferable) or Declaration of Age.
  3. Proof of Local Government of origin duly signed by the Chairman of the Local Government.

Attestation acquired from Police Officers from the same state of the rank of Chief Superintendent and above can be used in place of Certificate of Local Government of Origin. In this case, the officer is expected to indicate his formation/unit, appointment, contact address, phone numbers and e-mail address. The officer must also affix his/her formation/unit stamp and sign.

  1. Original UTME result slip 2020
  2. Police Academy examination forms downloaded online.
  3. Candidates are expected to come along second copy of their Postcard signed by the Supervisor or the Assistance Supervisor of the Centre where they took the examination.
  4. Provide proof of the choosing Police Academy as their first choice (i.e. JAMB Result indicating your choice of institution, or a printout of the change of institution to the Nigerian Police Academy as their first choice as the case may turn out to be).
  • Candidate that fail to come with the documents stated above would be disqualified. Any alteration on the documents would attract outright disqualification.
  • Candidates are expected to also come along with the following items:
  1. Two blue shorts and Two white T Shirts.
  2. A pair of white canvass shoes and 2 pairs of white socks.
  3. Facemask
  4. Sufficient money for Feeding, transport to and from Wudil.
  5. Scratch Cards for WAEC and/or NECO or NABTEB results for online verification of results.

All and Sundry are warned that no kind of correspondence would be entertained in respect of the candidate or the process of the selection.

While the candidates are being assured, their parents/guardians of transparent screening, the commandant is advising them to be wary of anyone in the desperation of securing their admission for their wards.
