This is to inform the general public about the Mountain Top University in short “MTU” Undergraduate, JUPEB & Pre-Degree School Fees Schedule & Payment Procedure for 2020/2021 Academic Session. The amount payable as school fees for the 2020/2021 academic session for undergraduates, JUPEB, Pre-Degree students of Mountain Top University (MTU) has been released by the management.

In line with the above, the management of MTU also released the payment schedule to enable students to know how best to make the necessary payments.

Mountain Top University 2020/2021 School Fees Schedule & Payment Procedure

To enable you to access the amount payable as school fees as released by the management of the institution, click on these links:

MTU School Fees Payment Procedure

The payment procedure for new students is as follows:

  • Visit the university portal via http://www.mtu.edu.ng/
  • Under the student menu, click on the “Undergraduate” link
  • Use your application number and surname as password in lowercase to login
  • To update your data, click on “Update Biodata”
  • Then, click on “View Pay Advice”
  • Print out the payment advice then go to any of the underlisted banks with the print out so that you can pay your acceptance fees as well as your school fees. You can also pay online by clicking on “pay online”. These are the prescribed bank
    • Zenith Bank Plc.
      • Platform for payment: Xpath platform
      • Account name: Mountain Top University
    • Ecobank Limited
      • Platform for payment: Basys platform
      • Account name: Mountain Top University.
    • Guaranty Trust Bank Plc,
      • Platform for payment: GTcollections platform
      • Account name: Mountain Top University.
    • United Bank for Africa Pic.
      • Platform for payment: Bank3D platform
      • Account name: Mountain Top University.
    • Access Bank Plc.
      • Platform for payment: Access Collect
      • Account name: Mountain Top University
  • Return to the university portal after payment then click on “Print receipt” to enable you to generate your payment receipt and complete your course registration.

Note:

  • Candidates will be charged bank charges for payments at the bank and online.
  • Before resumption, full payment or half of session installment payment of school fees must be paid.
  • The clearance for allocating bed space for students at the hostel are school fees receipt, WAEC/NECO result verification receipt, fieldwork receipt & E-learning mobile device (Tablet) receipt.

Returning Students

To make payments, returning students are required to:

  • Visit the university portal via http://www.mtu.edu.ng/
  • Under the student menu, click on the “Undergraduate” link
  • Use your matriculation number and password in lowercase to login
  • Then click on “View Pay Advice”
  • Proceed to any of the underlisted banks to pay school fees after printing out the payment advice to enable you to pay your school fees. You can also click on “Pay online” to make payment online. The prescribed banks are:
