About the LASU ODLRI Degree Admission Form for 2020/2021 Academic Session
The Lagos State University (LASU) is now inviting application from the interested candidate for admission into Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree programmes under the open and Distance Learning and research institute (ODLRI) of the Lagos State University (LASU) for the academic session of 2020/2021.
The Prospective candidates that applied for regular admission via JAMB but were not successful in their applications due to the quota system adopted by JAMB are also advised to apply for the LASU ODLRI programme.

Available Programme
- Sc. in Business Administration
Eligibility
- All Holders of WASCE/SSCE/GCE/NECO (OโLevel) or its equivalent with credit passes ion Five (5) subjects at a maximum of two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics and any other three (3) relevant subjects starting from Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Government, Geography, Business Studies.
- The programme has been made available for all qualified candidates who are 18 years and above.
Duration
- The programme is scheduled to run for a period of four years like the conventional programme, with normal academic and research work.

Academic activities are online with the prompt and accurate delivery system.
The institute is scheduled to run under the unique Modular Object-oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) with Special focus in the research and it is aimed at producing world-class graduates with the 21st Century skills that can contribute productively to the modern socio-economic development in the society.
ICT Knowledge: candidates are expected to be in possession of ICT proficiency shall be required at the point of entry, for all the admitted students in absence of which the applicants would be required to obtain proficiency before the date of the graduation.
How to Apply
Application Procedure
- Candidates are expected to visit odlri.lasu.edu.ng
- The candidate is to visit the Application portal page on the website, fill in the application form and then submit.
- The candidate would receive a mail that contains the generated application form number which includes the admission status and a URL to accept the admission.
- After accepting the admission, the candidate would receive a provisional admission letter and a link (URL) to JAMB website in other to make payment to obtain a JAMB number. (the latter will be for the candidate that are without JAMB registration number, that applied for the regular admission via JAMB prior to admission)
- All the candidate is expected to note that all LASU payments are to be carried out online.
- Students are required to check their names on the provisional admission list in other to be released online through the website.
Mode of Payment
Upon being offered the admission, candidates that are successful and cannot afford a one-time payment of the relevant fees can make the payment in three different instalments over the course of the academic session.
General Information
- An offer admission into the programme is subject to availability of space for all interested and qualified applicants.
- All the candidates that are still awaiting โOโ level results are not eligible to apply
- Only the original certificate is acceptable for the screening of WASCE/SSCE/GCE/NECO results obtained before 2010:
Screening: candidates that received the admission and have paid the acceptance fee will also be subjected to a screening exercise.
