KWASU Post-UTME Form 2024/2025 Academic Session

This is to inform the general public about the Kwara State University (KWASU) Post-UTME Admission Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Official details about the form are given below.

KWASU Post-UTME Form 2024/2025 Academic Session

Kwara State University, Malete, invites all UTMEcandidates in the following categories for the 2024/2025 Pre-Admission Screening Registration:

  1. Candidates whose first choice of institution is Kwara State University, Malete.
  2. Candidates who wish to choose Kwara State University (KWASU) as their first choice are required to change their choice of institution to KWASU on the JAMB Portal before the Pre-Admission Screening Registration.

To be eligible, all candidates must have five (5) Oโ€™level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings except for MBBS, which requires only one set. Candidates awaiting Oโ€™level results can also apply but will not be considered for admission until their results are available before the end of the admission exercise.

REGISTRATION/SCREENING FEES

Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only.

2024/2025 UNDERGRADUATE PRE โ€“ ADMISSION REGISTRATION AND SCREENING PROCEDURE

  1. Visitย http://portal.kwasu.edu.ngย and click on โ€œClick here to applyโ€.
  2. Click the Undergraduate link at the top menu bar.
  3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and Click on โ€œContinueโ€.
  4. Complete the basic information page (Please note: Enter only valid personal phone number and email address and click next).
  5. On the payment review page, click on โ€œMake Paymentโ€ and this will take you to the payment page where you can provide your card details.
  6. Enter your ATM card (MasterCard or Visa) number and other details as appropriate and submit.
  7. Enter the “OTP code” sent to your phone and click continue to complete your payment.
  8. After a successful payment, click on โ€œMain loginโ€ on the portal and enter your JAMB registration number and Surname as password.
  9. Click on โ€œLogin to dashboardโ€ and complete your registration.
  10. Ensure you print the completed registration form and payment receipt.

NOTE: You can always re-query your payment attempts if you have been debited and the network fails while completing your payment. Enter your JAMB registration and phone numbers, press the tab to display a Re-query interface below the page, and then re-query your unsuccessful payment attempt. In addition to all the requirements stated above, all candidates must know that final admission into the University is based on meeting the Universityโ€™s and the Academic programmeโ€™s minimum scores in UTME/DE and also on the availability of spaces within the NUC-approved admission quota for Kwara State University, Malete (KWASU).

Candidates are to note that falsification of citizenship certificates or any documents, for that matter, will lead to disqualification and prosecution.
