Below are the admission requirements and eligibility criteria for KASU College of Basic Studies Programme Admission Form for 2020/2021 Academic Session.
Basic Programmes (Pre-Degree)
– Eligibility
-
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 o’ level passes including English language and Mathematics obtained from not more than 2 sittings.
- All candidates admitted into the basic programmes must register for 2021 JAMB UTME for Admission.
– Subjects

- Basic science candidates must have the following subjects; English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Economics and Geography.
- Basic Humanities candidates must have the following subjects; English, Mathematics, Economics, Geography, Government and Literature.
IJMB Programme
– Eligibility

- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 o’ level passes including English language and Mathematics obtained from not more than 2 sittings.
- All candidates admitted into the IJMB programme must register for 2021 JAMB Direct Entry for Admission.
– Subjects
-
- A’ level Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Geography, Government, and Sociology.
Remedial Programmes
– Eligibility

- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 o’ level passes obtained from not more than 2 sittings.
- All candidates must apply for and pass at credit level the NECO or SSCE in subjects that they are most deficient in before they will be considered for admission.
- All candidates admitted into the remedial programmes must register for 2021 JAMB UTME for Admission.

- Create a profile to begin your application. Check your email for login credentials.
- Click on AVAILABLE FORMS then choose your desired programme.
- Fill out the application form with all required details.
- Candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N5,000.00 only. Candidates can pay online or at any commercial bank (FCMB preferably).
Candidates offered provisional admission must present the original copy of their credentials at the registration point.
Deadline for Application
All candidates must complete and submit hard copies of their completed application to the office of the Administrative Secretary, College of Basic Studies, Kaduna State University, Kaduna latest on the 30th of November 2020.
