Job Summary

As our Data Analyst/Documentation Intern, youโ€™ll join our driven yet supportive analytics team.

Leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail, youโ€™ll assist in analyzing data, creating reports, and developing comprehensive documentation for our data processes and findings.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and clean data from various sources, and perform statistical analysis and data mining to support business decision-making.
  • Create and update technical documentation for data processes, write clear and concise reports summarizing data findings.
  • Develop user guides for internal data tools and dashboards, and collaborate with team members to document best practices and methodologies.
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and assist with ad-hoc data requests from other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Must be currently serving or done with the Nysc program
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Job Summary

  • As our Receptionist, youโ€™ll manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
  • Your role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient work environment.

Salary:ย N100,000 โ€“ N150,000 monthly

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests professionally and courteously and manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary, and scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and reservations as requested
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary and assist with travel arrangements for staff and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures and manage the use and scheduling of conference rooms and other shared spaces

Requirements

  • BSC in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with office management software and phone systems
