Program Administrator (PA) Job at OTL Africa
Location: Nigeria
Summary
- The Program Administrator (PA) will provide strong administrative support to the teams and initiatives of the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
- General Secretarial functions.
- Manage service providers.
- Provide event administration
- Provide basic accounting functions
- Support the implementation of the firm’s policies.
- Coordinate routine statutory /regulatory compliance.
- Provide basic business support
- Support integrated support for the teams.
Requirements
- First Degree in Secretarial Studies, Accounting, Law or any other relevant discipline from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Project Management or additional certification in a relevant field is not Mandatory but will be considered.
- Knowledge of the energy & petroleum industries in Nigeria & Africa is an added advantage.
Language Requirements:
- Bi or Multi-ligual (English and French/Portuguese). This is not mandatory but is a major advantage.
Skill Set:

Summary
- These persons will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day business /communication/ research strategies within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities (Includes)

- Staying up to speed with core or related industry information.
- Build and maintain high-level contact with current and prospective clients and other business and project partners.
- Work with team to develop relevant proposals

Job Title: Head, Programs & Business Development

Summary
- This person will oversee the development and implementation of program activities in line with its overall strategic objectives.
