What You Need to Know About NBTE
NBTE was set up by the federal government of Nigeria in the year 1977. It is an acronym that stands for National Board for Technical Education. NBTE is the body that supervises, accredit and regulate the affairs of all technical institutions. Innovation Enterprise Institutions, polytechnics and monotechnics are among the schools under the supervision of NBTE.
All board have their vision and NBTE vision is to be a world-class regulatory body for the promotion of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Nigeria. For the records so far, this board have accredited over 250 technical institutions in the country.

Kwara State was created on the 27th of May 1967 by the formal administration of General Gowon Yakubu. The state can be found in the western part of Nigeria, its capital is Ilorin and it has sixteen local government area.
Nine universities are in Kwara State and they are one state, one federal and seven private universities. It is known as a state of Harmony. Kwara state is shares borders with Kogi state to the east, Oyo, Ekiti and Osun to the south, Niger state to the north and Benin to the west. Admission Requirements
Applicants need five credits in WAEC (West African Examination Council), NECO (National Examination Council) or any other Oโlevel exam. JAMB (Joint Admission and Matriculation Board) examination is not compulsory for Innovation Enterprise Institutions.
