About the ILAROPOLY Registration & Payment Guidelines for Newly Admitted Students 2020/2021 Academic Session

Below are the guidelines for payments and registration:

All the candidates that have been admitted are expected to visit the polytechnic website using this URL www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng and then click on the Portal;

  1. First, click on the admission status by making use of your application number and RRR number used to have been obtained the form or the screening results.
  2. Click on the Generate invoice/make fee payment of acceptance fee.
  3. Print out the invoice that was generated and proceed to any of the banks designated for the payment.
  4. After the payment of the acceptance fee, candidates are expected to go back to the portal and enter the RRR Number to print out the school admission letter and the fee for the receipt.
  5. Go to the portal and then generate school fees invoices and then proceed to any of the banks designated for the payment.
  6. Enter the RRR number acquired for the payment of the school fees in other to print the school fees Receipts.
  7. After that, complete the bio-data and then fill out the course registration forms.
  8. The matriculation number that has been assigned after the payment of fees.
  9. Enter all the remaining information and credentials e.g Certificate of local Government/State of Origin, birth certificate, etc.
  10. Enter all the appropriate course for the academic session
  11. Print out hard copies of the course registration form that was filled online and then proceed to submitting 4 copies, along with other documents (SSCE, Certificate of Local Government Origin, Birth certificate for ND Students) while the other HND Students are to add their certificate of the completion if a one-year industrial attachment and ND notification of the result.
