This is to inform the general public about the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education in short “IAUE” Student of the Year 2020 Award. Mr. Ami Victor Ugochukwu UG/2019/4789 a 100 level student of Political Science at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has been awarded by the university management as the IAUE STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2020.
About the IAUE Student of the Year Award
A smartphone worth thousands of naira was picked up by the students and he returned the phone to the rightful owner. The amazing thing about the situation is that Ugochukwu does not own a phone. Even a “torchlight” cannot be called his own.
This rare conduct is celebrated and commended by the management of IAUE. The following was attracted from the university as award:
- Certificate of honour
- Four years comprehensive scholarship which covers school fees and a little of his upkeep for a while in the school.
- To refund his one-year school fees which have already been paid, he received a cheque from the university.
- A displayer of his photograph on the University’s Electronic Billboard of Excellence for a period of six months.
Some individuals who have also learned of this rare conduct have also given Mr. Ugochukwu numerous pledges and gifts. The management celebrates this excellent conduct.
