FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Form 2024/2025 Session

The Federal University Otuoke invites applications from suitable JAMB DE candidates for the Direct Entry Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. The following information should guide interested candidates.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

The following categories of JAMB DE candidates are eligible to apply:

a.ย Candidates who selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2024/2025 JAMB DE and chose any of the programmes listed in 9. below

b.ย Candidates must hold any of NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and Aโ€˜Level in relevant disciplines and subjects. In addition, candidates are required to meet the Oโ€™Level requirement for the relevant programme.ย (See further details in the FUO Brochure).

c.ย Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study at Federal University Otuoke must do a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke via the JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and choose any of the programmes listed onย nine below.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit Bank card for the application form. Candidates are to read these instructions carefully before applying. Visit Applications at http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ngย for the online application.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:
a) Digital Passport-size photograph
b) Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Oโ€™ level resultย (in PDF format)
c) Scanned copy of the LGA identification letter (in PDF format)
d) Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declarationย (in PDF format)
e) Scanned copy of NCE/OND/HND/First Degree and Aโ€˜Level certificateย (in PDF format).
f) Scanned copy of academic transcriptย (in PDF format)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

1. Use a digital passport photograph (in JPG format)
2. Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your application

COMMENCEMENT OF ONLINE APPLICATION

The online application will be open on Monday, 19 August 2024,ย on the Universityโ€™s portalย http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION

The deadline for submission of application is September 8, 2024.

DATE OF DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING EXERCISE

The date for the DIRECT ENTRY Screening Exercise will be posted on the DE Screening Schedule Printout upon completion of the application.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

CANDIDATES WHOSE ACADEMIC RECORDS ARE NOT UPLOADED ON JAMB CAPS OR WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
