About the FUGASHUA Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening Form for 2020/2021 Academic Session

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the FUGASHUA Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening Form for 2020/2021 Academic Session, interested candidates are expected to meet the eligibility criteria stated below. They include:

UTME

The post UTME screening form is available to candidates who have selected the federal university Gashua as their first choice with 160 points and above. These candidates are eligible to take part in the screening exercise.

Direct Entry

The direct entry screening exercise is available to candidates who have selected the Federal University Gashua as their first choice with Distinction. Candidates are to Possess credits or merits in NCE, IJMB (6 points and Above) higher National Diploma (HND) (Lower credit and above), and Distinction or upper credit in ordinary national Diploma (OND).

How to Apply

To apply, candidates are expected to visit the federal university, Gashua Website using this URL https://fugashua.edu.ng and Register for the screening exercise that would be taking place online. Candidates are expected to make payments of the sum of two thousand Naira (2000) only for the registration excluding bank charges. The portal would be available to interested candidates starting from on the 12th of October and would be closed on 14th November 2020.

To register, candidates are expected to follow the steps stated below.

  1. Click this link to access where to apply.
  2. Click on “New Applicant” in other to select the mode of entry (UTME/DE)
  3. Fill up the form that you opened to create UTME/DE Screening accounts
    • Create an account an account and fill up your biodata. Once you are done click “continue”
    • Log in, and click on “Edit” in other to finish your Biodata. After which you would click save and next.
    • Fill up your institution attendant, qualification obtained, Jamb, and ‘O’ level details. After that, click Save and Next.
    • Upload your Passport Photograph and choose a course applied Jamb. Click Save and Next
    • Click My application to make payment for the required screening fee
    • Click pay screening to make the payment
    • Click on the payment option, and then choose Remita payment and then click “Continue”
      • Bank Payment option
      • Print invoice (RRR invoice) and then make your payment
      • ATM Option
      • Click on the icon that indicates pay
      • Select your Card type (Mastercard, Verve Card, etc.)
      • Enter the card details of your ATM card and click pay
      • Your Receipt would be generated automatically after the payment has been successful.
    • Log in, and click on enter screening Examination Details to choose your course combination, Examination details, and your Examination scratch card PIN respectively. After that, click on confirm, and finally Done.

You need to take note of the fact that once your application has been completed, details on the form cannot be changed.

No physical screening or aptitude test would be carried out, and you will get informed once admitted through your Caps or via text message and your online portal.
