This is to inform all prospective students of the Federal University, Dutse (FUD) that the management of the institution has extended the deadline for the 2020/2021 Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening registration. Below is the new registration deadline along with other important things all candidates are to note.

  • Registration for 2020/2021 session commences on 14 December 2020 and closes on 1st February 2021.
  • Candidates should bear in mind that uploading or providing any false or misleading credentials or information will result to outright disqualification.
  • Candidates that paid the mandatory fee directly through the Commercial Banks should immediately log back and print their payment slip.
  • Candidates are strongly advised to avoid paying money or any form of gratification whatsoever to individuals or group for the purpose of the Screening or securing admissions.
  • All candidates are expected to do on-line screening.
  • Candidates who changed their course of study can go ahead with the registration. However, they must later login again and reprint their registration slips.
  • All candidates are advised to make sure that they have uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB website.

About the FUD 2020/2021 Post UTME & Direct Entry Screening Form

The management of the Federal University Dutse (FUD) is inviting application from candidates who are suitably qualified into its various degree programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session.

FUD Post UTME and Direct Entry Screening Eligibility

The management of FUD expects interested candidates to meet with certain criteria before they can apply for its post UTME and Direct Entry Screening. The eligibility requirements are:

  • Candidates are expected to have made the Federal University Dutse as their first choice and they must have obtained the minimum score of 160 points in the 2020 UTME or they must have applied for Direct Entry (DE)
  • Candidates are expected to have registered in the Federal University Dutse Post UTME portal.
  • Candidates are expected to possess at least five credits in relevant subjects with English Language and Mathematics in SSCE or its equivalent. The result is to be obtained in not more than two sittings for both UTME and DE candidates.
  • Candidates are expected to have obtained 2020 UTME result slip.
  • It is required that the Direct Entry (DE) candidates have a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma (ND) in a relevant course and a minimum of eight (8) points with relevant subject combination at NCE and IJMB.

How to Apply for Federal University Dutse Post UTME Form

Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements are to follow the underlisted steps to apply for the post UTME form:

  • Login to the portal of the Federal University Dutse via https://putme.fud.edu.ng/ or use the link available on the university website to register online for the post UTME exercise
  • Make use of your JAMB/DE Registration Number to login
  • Make sure to update your date of birth, email, phone number, state/L.G.A
  • Then generate invoice + Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number
  • With the RRR number, make the payment of N2,000 as post UTME charges using any acceptable debit card. Payment can also be made at any commercial bank nationwide, FUD Microfinance Bank inclusive.
  • Using the Verify button at the navigation bar, candidates are required to verify their payment.
  • To write the aptitude test, candidates are required to select the appropriate subject combinations which must be relevant to the candidates choice of study.
  • It is required that candidates upload their WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results (not more than two sittings) and also their A’ Level results
  • Candidates should upload a scanned, genuine and authentic copy of their WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/A’ Level results and a recent copy of their passport photograph.
  • Then, print out the Acknowledgement slip.

Note:

UTME candidates are required to print the following documents:

  • Evidence of Remita Payment Receipt
  • Printed Acknowledgement Slip
  • JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration slips
