About the 2020/2021 FSB BEA Scholarship Awards
The Bilateral Education Agreement Scholarship is available for undergraduate studies that are tenable in Russia, Morocco, Algeria, Serbia, Hungary, Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey, Cuba, Romania, Japan, Macedonia and Postgraduate studies tenable in Russia for those whose first degree was acquired in Russia, Hungary, Serbia, Turkey, Japan, Mexico, and South Korea.
Fields of Study
Eligible applicants for the FSB Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship Awards to Study Overseas 2020 belonging to one of the fields of studies that would be listed out below. The list would be separated into undergraduate and postgraduate;

Eligibility Requirements

1. Undergraduates

All applicants must have completed the NYSC program and the age limit is 35years for masters and 40 years for Ph.D. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate only are accepted.
