This is to inform the general public about the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti (FEDPOLYADO) Post-UTME Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Official details about the form are given below.
Notice on FEDPOLYADO Post-UTME Form
Applications for Screening of Credentials are now requested from interested applicants who wrote the 2024/2025 UTME and chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti or are willing to change to the Institution as 1st choice.
(A) ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS
(i) All applicants who chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and obtained a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2024/2025 UTME.
In addition to the above, applicants must possess five (5) Oโlevel subject requirements at Credit level in not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB, as applicable.
(ii) Any applicant applying with NABTEB (NTC) for Courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT), must, in addition to the five (5) Oโlevel subjects in (i) above, possess a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA), and not Book Keeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretariat Studies etc. Applicants applying for business-related Courses can use NABTEB (NBC). To avoid doubt, the NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) are not accepted in the School of Engineering.
(iii) Applicants with NABTEB Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) can also apply for courses in the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology and the School of Science and Computer Studies.
(iv) Applicants should carefully consider the OโLevel requirements of the department they wish to apply for. The OโLevel requirements can be found on the 2024/2025 Admission Application Page.
(v) Applicants who scored 140 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME but did not choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, as their first-choice Institution and are interested in changing to that Institution can do so.
(vi) It should be noted that online OโLevel results/NABTEB printouts exceeding 12 months will not be acceptable for clearance of admitted Candidates.
(B) ADMISSION FORM GUIDELINES
Screening Application Form
(i) Applicants should visit the Polytechnic Website,ย http://www.fedpolyado.edu.ng/, click on “application,” and then generate and print the application payment invoice.
(ii) Upon printing of the invoice, Applicants can proceed to any bank of their choice alongside the invoice generated and make a payment of โฆ2 000.00 on the Remita Platform.
(iii) Applicants can also make payments with their debit card (Master Card, Visa Card and Verve Card) by following the instructions on the invoice generation page. (Note: before payment with a debit card, print your Invoice)
(iv) After payment, applicants should revisit the school portal and fill out their screening forms using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip). The invoice and the RRR must be in the Applicantโs name.
(v)Applicants are advised to read through their forms carefully before submission.
(vi) Applicants should endeavour to print their acknowledgement slip and screening forms.

(vii) Applicants should endeavour to upload their Oโlevel subjects on JAMB Central Admissions Processing Systems (CAPS), particularly the Awaiting Results Candidates.
NOTE: Online screening application for admission and submission of forms will commence on Monday, 19th August 2024 and close on Sunday, 29th September 2024. Applicants are advised to visit the Polytechnic website http://www.fedpolyado.edu.ng regularly for further detailed instructions on the online application as of Monday, 2nd September 2024.
