About the Federal Polytechnic Offa 2021/2022 HND Admission Form
The Federal Polytechnic offa is Inviting Application Of suitably Qualified Candidates Into It’s Full-Time Higher National Diploma (HND) Programmes For 2021/22 Academic Session.
Federal Poly Offa HND Admission Entry Requirements
The entry requirements for all candidates for the HND programmes are:
- Candidates are expected to have National Diploma (ND), National Innovative Diploma (NID) in the programme they have chosen at a grade, not below Lower Credit classification from a recognized/ accredited Polytechnic, Monotechnic or an Innovation Enterprise Institution.
- Candidates are to possess SSCE, GCE O’ level results with a minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects with Mathematics and English Language inclusive obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Candidates are to possess the National Technical Certificate (NTC) or National Business Certificate (NBC) with credit passes in a trade in addition to four relevant academic subjects which, Mathematics and English Language inclusive.
- Candidates are expected to have a minimum of one year post-National Diploma Industrial Training experience.
However, candidates who have pass grade at ND/NID can apply for admission in as much as they possess at least two years of post Industrial Training experience.
Candidates who are applying for the HND programme but did not obtain his/her ND from Federal Polytechnic Offa, are required to forward a copy of his /her National Diploma Transcript to the Registrar’s office within eight weeks from the day of this advertisement.

Note: The HND Full -Time (evening) programmes are specifically for working-class people who for reasons of employment cannot attend regular HND morning programmes.
Application for Federal Poly Offa HND Admission
Interested candidates should follow these steps to apply:
- Candidates should apply for HND (FT) and part-time HND programmes online and visit the polytechnic portal via this link.
- Then to continue, click on admission to fill out the application form.
- Then, candidates are to make payment online. The payment is Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) only for the application form.
- There shall be no extra charges required, the payment should be made with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.
Note: presentation of false information will lead to automatic disqualification of candidates at the time of discovery.
Screening for admissions: candidates are to upload their results, certificates or credentials on the portal of the Polytechnic. The security form must also be filled by candidates on the Polytechnic portal. It should be noted that failure to follow these steps will lead to disqualification of such candidate and any false claims discovered shall lead to the forfeiture of admission.
