The federal Polytechnic Ekowe is inviting applications from all suitably qualified candidates looking forward to admission for the academic session of 2020/2021.
Programmes Available
National Diploma (ND) Regular Two (2 years) and the Weekend of Three (3 years) available programmes:
- Accountancy
- Business Administration & Management
- Banking and Finance
- Public Administration
- Computer Science
- Statistics
Professional Diploma (PD) Programmes available for (9 Months duration)
- Gas processing technology with practical in a reputable company.
- Mechanical/Automobile Technology with practical in a reputable company
- Electrical installations/house wiring technology with practical in a reputable company.
- Security/Safety Management with practical in a reputable company.
- Repair of electrical devices technology with practical in a reputable company
- Air conditioning and refrigeration technology with practical in a reputable company.
- Welding and fabrication technology with practical in a reputable company.
Entry Requirements:
- For National Diploma (ND) programmes, interested candidates are expected to be in possession of five O’level credits in mathematics and English language along with three other relevant subjects to a proposed course of study in a maximum of two sittings
- for the professional Diploma (PD) programmes, candidates are expected to be in possession of four O’level credits in mathematics, English language, physics, chemistry, or further mathematics in a maximum of two sittings.
How to Apply
All Interested candidates are free to collect admission forms after paying a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira only for National Diploma (ND) Regular two,(2) programmes and professional Diploma (PD) programmes and eleven thousand Naira only, for National Diploma (ND) weekend programmes from the office of the bursar at the Ughelli campus starting from. Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
