This is to inform the general public about the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (FEDPOLYADO) ND Part-Time Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Official details about the form are given below.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for admission to the Federal Polytechnic, AdoโEkiti, for the National Diploma Evening and Part-Time (Six Semesters) Programmes in the 2024/2025 Academic Session, leading to the award of the National Diploma.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS
(i) All Applicants who chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and scored 140 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME but did not meet the required aggregate score for the course of choice can apply.
In addition to the above, Applicants must possess five [5] O’levels in relevant subject requirements at Credit level, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two [2] sittings in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and/or NABTEB.
(ii) Applicants applying with NABTEB (NTC) for courses in the School of Engineering [SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must, in addition to the five [5] O’level subjects [i] above, possess a core subject from acts in lil the Trade Related Area (TRA), and not Bookkeeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, or Secretariat Studies etc. Applicants applying for Business-related courses can use NABTEB (NBC). For the avoidance of doubt, NABTEB Business Certificate (NBC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) are not accepted in the School of Engineering.
(iii) Applicants with NABTEB Technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB General Education Certificate (NGC) can also apply for courses in the Schools of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology and Science and Computer Studies.
(iv) Applicants should carefully consider the O’level subject requirements of the departments to which they wish to apply. Information on the O’level subject requirements can also be found on the 2024/2025 Admission Application Page.
(v) Applicants who scored 140 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME and did not choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as a choice Institution can also apply for the Evening and Part-Time Programmes. (vi) It should be noted that online O’Level results/NABTEB printouts exceeding 12 months will not be acceptable for clearance of admitted Candidates.
METHODย OFย APPLICATION
The application should be processed in two (2) stages viz:
STAGE 1: Jamb Caps Platform
Visit the JAMB Office or any JAMB CBT Accredited Centre nearest to you for registration using the details listed below.
- Valid E-mail address
- Valid Phone Number and
- Pay the JAMB-prescribed application and processing fee.
This will enable you to obtain a JAMB registration number and admission letter.
STAGE 2: Polytechnic Portals
(i) Applicants should visit the Polytechnic website,ย http://www.students.fedpolyado.edu.ng, click on “application,” and then generate and print theย application payment invoice.
(ii) After clicking on the application, click on generate an invoice. Next, click the drop-down menu under PROGRAMME and select ND PART-TIME/EVENING. Next, click on the drop-down menu under COURSE to select your desired course of choice. Afterwards, enter the required personal details, then click generate an invoice.
(iii) Upon printing of invoice, applicants can proceed to any bank of their choice alongside the invoice generated and make payment of โฉ11,500on the Remita Platform.
(iv) Applicants can also make payments with their debit card (Master Card, Visa Card and Verve Card) by following the instructions on the invoice generation page. (Note: before payment with a debit card, print your Invoice)
(v) After payment, applicants should revisit the School Portal and fill out their application forms using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip). The invoice and the RRR must be in the applicant’s name.
(vi) Applicants are advised to read their forms carefully before submission.

NOTE: The online application for admission and form submission will commence on Monday, August 19th, 2024, and close on Sunday, September 29th, 2024.
