This is to inform the general public and all interested candidates about the Federal Capital Territory in short “FCT” School of Nursing Admission Form for 202/2021 Academic Session. The application form for admission into the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Gwagwalada, Abuja, School of Nursing is now available for sales for the 2020/2021 academic session.
The management of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Gwagwalada, Abuja, School of Nursing is using this medium to invite application from suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its Nursing Programme for the 2020/2021 academic session. FCT School of Nursing Admission Entry Requirements
For prospective candidates to be considered eligible, they are required to :
- possess WAEC, NECO, GCE with a minimum of five credit passes with Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry inclusive.
- The O’ level results should be obtained at not more than two sittings and it should not be more than ten years since the examination was written.
- Candidates who are presenting NABTEB candidates will not be accepted.
- The training is a general nursing course and it is open to young males and females who are not less than seventeen (17) years of age at the time the admission is given.
- Pregnant women cannot apply for admission as they will not be accepted.
How to Apply for FCT School of Nursing Admission Form
Candidates who wish to buy the admission form are required to show proof of payment. The payment required is a non-refundable fee of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only. The payment should be made into:

- Account Name: Health And Human Services Secretariat Revenue Account
- Account No: 3402015028
Note: Candidates should take note of the following:
- The payment teller issued to the candidate must be stamped.
- Upon collection of the form, candidates are required to pay the sum of N200 cash.
- Candidates are to make sure that they return completed forms to the Principal, FCT School of Nursing, Gwagwalada on or before the stipulated deadline.
Candidates can obtain the form at Room 080, FCT Health and Human Services Secretariat, Nursing Department, Area 11, Garki-Abuja.
Entrance Examination Centre and Date
The examination centres and dates will be communicated to candidates according to their application IDS. As from 26th to 31st October 2020, the entrance examination schedule will hold as computer-based.
Application Deadline
The sales of form will be ended on Monday 19th October 2020.
Note: Recent developments have been made concerning the entrance examination in view of the present security in the country in relation to curfews and inter-state travelling. The CBT entrance examination that was earlier scheduled to hold from Monday 26th October 2020 has been postponed by the management of the institution to a later date. Each candidate’s personal schedule date will be adequately communicated to them with effect from Monday 26th October through the use of SMS.
