A). for the PDE program a candidate must have either of the following HND B.Sc./B.A, M.Sc. or its equivalent and Ph.D. without Education.
How to Apply
Candidates that are interested are expected to visit the college WEBSITE at www.fcetbichi.edu.ng to make a payment of N6600 for PDE programs.

Application Method
- First, go to the FCET Bichi application portal through the fcetbichi.edu.ng/portal/
- Click this link in other to create the profile http://www.fcetbichi.edu.ng/portal/new_profile.php
- Login using registered Username and password
- Click on Apply now tab
- Confirm the programme you chose (Note your reference I.D)
- Click on Pay Now Button
- After that confirm the payment by ticking on the I agree box and then go to the pay via Remita
- After that, copy your RRR and then proceed to any bank and then make the payment or visit remita.net and select “pay an invoice” to process and complete your payment.
- After the payment has been successful, visit, complete, and then submit the application form online.
Note: You can Pay now via internet banking, Remita Mobile App or cards/wallets.
Applicants are advised to strongly advised to adhere to the payment procedure guidelines, as any deviation may result in delay or outright invalidation of your payment.
All fees are expected to pay via Remita e-payments and e-collection platform, beware of fraudsters.
