This is to inform all students, parents, and the general public about the Federal College of Education in short “FCE” Abeokuta Resumption Date for Continuation of 2019/2020 Academic Session.
The result of the meeting of the Academic Board which was held on Thursday 22nd October 2020 is that the College will resume normal academic activities after due appreciation of the prevailing situation.
The direction of the College management states as follows:
- On Monday 9th November 2020, 100 and 200 level NCE (Regular) students are to resume school for the completion of the first semester for the 2019/2020 academic session.
- Students who are currently on other programmes offered by the college are required to resume as well on the above-mentioned date.
It is compulsory that all returning students comply with all COVID 19 protocols as stated by NCDC, which includes wearing of face mask which is a must, regular washing of hands. All students are to make sure that they put on their identity cards while they are at the campus to ease identification and security reasons in addition to the above-stated.
The authority of the College is making efforts to safeguard and keep the college free from COVID 19 pandemic and security threats, therefore students and staff are enjoined to cooperate with them.
All students are warmly welcomed back to the College and are wished a successful and peaceful session by the Management of the College.
