About Emerging Leaders Foundation Africa iLead Fellowship Program 2023
The iLEAD Fellowship is a transformative leadership development program designed for young leaders aged 18-35 who are passionate about addressing key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including poverty eradication, quality education, economic growth, climate action, and peacebuilding.
With our values-based leadership philosophy at the core, the iLEAD Fellowship equips you with life skills, civic consciousness, and practical exposure to the world of work. Through a rigorous three-step recruitment process, we select the most promising candidates who align with our vision of creating social, economic, and political transformation.
Program Details
This is a physical training program; meetings twice a month for four months: – 2nd & 4th Saturdays of every month; 8 hours, plus home assignments on different topics
