How to Print Your Babcock University Admission Letter
Follow the instructions stated below to print out your admission letter:
- Click on the following link https://application2.babcock.edu.ng
- Then log in using your application page password and username
- Click on the admission letter
- Click Go
- Then scroll down the page and click PDF to print out the admission letter that is in PDF format.
Note:
- The acceptance fee/tuition fee payment by ATM (Visa or Master Card).
- The admission list for Law and medicine and surgery has not yet been released.
- Do not make payments to any of the individuals or groups of people either inside or outside the university.
- Go to the website of the university at www.babcock.edu.ng to gain access to the semester acceptance fees available for your specific course of study. You can access this information under “financial services”.
Payment of Acceptance Fee
1. Candidates who are offered the provisional admission into this batch (excluding LAW and Medicine and SURGERY Students) are expected to go to the bank and make payment of a non-refundable acceptance fee of about Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira only (N150,000.00.) that happens to be a part of the school fees using your APPLICATION ID as a reference on E-tranzact payment platform.
You are expected to present your Application ID (6 digits) at any of the “commercial banks” on the E-transact platform.
2. New Students’ Arrival, Orientation, and Registration: the date of resumption would be sent to you. However, upon resumption: go back to the officer of the school at Babcock university during the period of registration with the following documents:

- You are to provide Four (4) copies of 2020 original UTME/JAMB result slips; or your Direct Entry JAMB registration slip.
- Eight (8) passport-size photographs recently taken and four (4) copies of your birth certificates
- Provide originals and Four (4) photocopies of SSCE results or equivalents
- You are to provide originals and Four (4) photocopies of official receipts of acceptance fees and the balance of the school fees paid
- Original payment receipt for Babcock Post-UTME online application form detailing your Application ID.
3. Academic Clearance: Report to the Head of Department for academic clearance
4. Psychosocial Clearance: Report to Babcock University teaching hospital for medical Screening and students support services Unit for psychosocial screening.
Please Note:
- HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION: New Students: Premium and Classic (No Regular hall for the new students).
- Male Category: Neal Wilson and Bethel Splendor
- Female Category: Crystal Hall and Queen Esther
- Candidates that skip any of the above processes at the risk of getting themselves withdrawn from the admission.
- Candidates that are not up to the age of Fifteen (15) by December 31, 2020, will not be considered for admission.
- Babcock University will withdraw any admission offer if:
i. The candidates are discovered at any time that he or she does not possess any of the entry qualifications that he/she claims to have acquired.
ii. This provisional Admission offer is not up to the eligibility criteria as shall be stipulated by JAMB on the 2020/2021 Admission Policy.
iii. The Non-Refundable Acceptance Fee Deposit stated above along with every other school fees that have already been paid will be subjected to a REFUND only on account of 4.(ii). above.
