The management of AI-Qalam University Katsina is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for its Post UTME screening exercise for admission into its various undergraduate degree courses for the 2020/2021 academic session. Al-Qalam University Katsina Admission Requirements
The management of the institution requires candidates who wish to apply for the Post UTME to meet certain eligibility requirements. These are the eligibility criteria:
- Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes in the SSCE (WAEC or NECO) obtained at one sitting, or six (5) credit passes obtained at not more than two sittings in Mathematics, English Language, and any other subject relevant to the course of study. There are also other requirements that are specific to a college and/or Programme, so the candidate should be aware of.
- Candidates who are applying to the institution are required to have sat for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and attained the National Aggregate score. This is a statutory requirement in order for a candidate to gain entry into any Nigerian University. By completing the JAMB Registration Forms, candidates are required to apply for the programme of their choice. Also. Candidates should make sure that their UTME subject combination qualifies for the programme that they have chosen.
- Candidates are required to complete the online Application Form of the University on the university portal. Without participating in the University Screening exercise, and attaining the required standard for admission into the University, it is impossible to be given admission.

- Candidates who made the university their first choice of institution.
- Candidates who scored a minimum of 120 and above.
- Candidates who did not make the institution their first choice but are willing to effect a change of institution and make the university their first choice through the JAMB portal can also apply.
How to Apply for AUK
Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements of the institution and wish to apply are required to make payment worth the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) for the application form fee. To apply, candidates are required to login to apply via this link and fill in the required details.

The application portal will close on November 24, 2020. Interested applicants are advised to apply on or before the stipulated date as any application after the deadline will not be considered.
