The ANU College of Engineering and Computer Science may award up to six scholarships every year, known as the College of Engineering and Computer Science International Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship. The main aim of the award is to recognize the outstanding academic performance of international students joining the school community. The award also aims to support the students in their transition to the Australian National University (ANU).

Eligibility

Interested applicants are expected to meet with the following requirements:

  • Applicants must be an International student as defined under the terms of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000.
  • Dependants of the staff of the diplomatic or consular missions can also apply.
  • Applicants must be a citizen of one of the countries specified by the College on their website.
  • Applicants must have been offered admission into a Graduate Diploma or Masters by coursework program offered by the College to commence in the teaching period for which they are applying for the award.
  • Applicants are commencing a Graduate Diploma or Masters by coursework program within the college for the first time.
  • Interested students must be proficient in English Language.

Interested applicants must take admission to a postgraduate degree program at ANU in order to be considered for the scholarship. All eligible candidates will be automatically considered for the application after that.

Applicants are expected to provide supporting documents such as academic transcripts, degree certificates, and CV in support of their application.

Applicants need to meet the entry requirements of the university to study there. If English Language is not the applicant’s first language, applicants should provide evidence of English Language ability.
