Details About the ABU Stay at Home Directive
In consequence of the directive of the Federal Government in response to the recommendation of the President Taskforce on COVID 19 that all officers on Grade Level 12 and below (CONTISS 11 and below) are to stay at home for five weeks period with effect from Wednesday 23rd December 2020, the management of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) has directed that:
Officers on GL 13 and above (CONTISS 12 and above) are required that they strictly adhere to the extant preventive measures which include observing social distancing, washing of hands regularly as well as applying hand sanitizers, wearing face masks, and reducing the number of visitors in offices.
The management directs that Heads of Departments/Units are to adhere to the directive given above.
