This is to inform the general public about the Federal Polytechnic Ukana Post-UTME Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Official details about the form are given below.
Applications are hereby invited from suitable candidates for admission into the under-listed Programmes in the Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, Akwa Ibom State.
All candidates are expected to possess five O’-level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in the relevant subjects in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. In addition, they must have scored a minimum of 100 in the 2024/2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

2. ND Civil Engineering Technology
3. ND Computer Engineering Technology
4. ND Science Laboratory Technology
5. ND Computer Science
6. ND Statistics
7. ND Business Administration & Management
8. ND Accountancy
Candidates are to pay the sum of two thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only for the screening.
All payments should be made at the institution’s Bursary Department. Candidates should bring the originals and photocopies of the following documents.
(a) WASCE/SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB Certificate/Statement of Results
(b) Age Certificate/Declaration of Age.
(c) JAMB Result Slip
(d) Certificate of Origin
(e) National Identification Number (NIN)
(f) Two (2) recent passport photographs.
Prospective candidates who are yet to effect change of Institution to Federal Polytechnic, Ukana as the first choice of Institution are strongly advised to do so. Such candidates should log on to JAMB Portal to effect the change.
