About 5TH International Poster Competition, We Want Jazz 2023
Jazz has many colors and views! From dixieland, through mainstream, fusion, funk, ethno, dance jazz, to jazz with the participation of symphony orchestras.
Sometimes it has the character of consonance, and sometimes it is perceived as an unbridled musical din, which results from its spontaneous nature and tendency to musical dialogue between the performing artists.
Program Details
We want to show jazz as open music, full of improvisation, but at the same time based on the “call and response” principle: the music of synergy, mutual listening, and joint creation!
PRIZES:
- 1st prize – PLN 5,000
- 2nd prize – PLN 3,000
- 3rd prize – PLN 2,000
The amount of prizes is gross and will be reduced by the tax due on prizes.
Eligibility
The organizers will select the submitted posters. Selecting 25 works from among them. Out of the selected 25 final posters, three winning posters will be chosen, whose authors will receive a final prize. The jury will also award distinctions. The selection of posters and the selection of winning work will be made by a jury appointed for this purpose, consisting of experts and representatives of the organizer.
